Basic Function

West Coast Magnetics, a leading manufacturer of high-performance magnetic components for medical, aerospace, and advanced technology industries, is seeking an experienced Receiving Lead to join our Materials team.

Responsibility

The Receiving Lead has the responsibility to:

  1. Lead and train receiving/stockroom personnel (minimum 3+ years leadership experience in receiving required).
  2. Oversee shipments from UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers.
  3. Verify packing slips, count items, and report discrepancies.
  4. Coordinate with Quality Inspectors, manage MRD logs, and process returns.
  5. Enter items into Sage ERP, print/label inventory, and ensure proper FIFO/5S practices.
  6. Communicate with Purchasing, Production, and Shipping regarding orders and material flow.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proven leadership experience (3+ years in receiving or warehouse operations).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sage ERP experience preferred.

Hourly Rate: $20.35 - $27
