      Lower Power SMPS Isolation Transformer

With 125 watts of 250 kHz power in a package only 13 mm high, this transformer really delivers. And with 4000 Vac of isolation and lots of creepage and clearance it is ideal for patient isolation applications.

      Medical Grade Isolation Transformer

This transformer is ideal for any switch mode power application requiring high isolation. It is suitable for power levels from 250 Watts to 3 kW, and frequencies from 10 kHz to 500 kHz. Our customers are raving at how much power they can get out of this package, which is only 27 mm high. Since this is a custom, you tell us your specific requirements, and our team will fill in the blanks.

      WCM410-60MG Switch Mode Transformer

WCM410-60MG is designed for applications requiring a high level of isolation and is particularly suited to medical devices. Using litz wire to minimize losses at SMPS frequency, this package will support power levels up to 2 kW and has a moderate temperature rise at RMS power levels up to 1 kW. The geometry is suitable for pushpull, full bridge, half bridge and forward converter applications. Flybacks can also be supported with an optional gapped core. The primary windings can be connected in a parallel or series configuration to accommodate different topologies and input voltages. This semi custom product requires the specification of the (Max.) secondary winding, allowing it to support a wide range of output voltages as well as multiple secondary windings.

WCM410-50, 60, 70, 88 High Power SMPS Switch Mode Transformers

WCM410-50, 60, 70, 88 series achieves 50% more power density than other geometries currently available on the market, without sacrificing isolation. The WCM410 platform is configured to your custom specifications, including bobbin/core size, power output and winding configuration. The compact custom core and bobbins are also suitable for safe UL/CSA/VDE coupling with medical grade isolation standards. This series puts out 500 watts to 5,000 watts of power.

WCM410-10, 20, 30, 40 Medium Power SMPS Switch Mode Transformers

The new WCM410 series in the size ranges WCM410-10, 20, 30, 40 are intended for medium power applications and raise the bar for medium power switch mode transformers. This series is designed to achieve 50% more power density than other geometries currently available, without sacrificing isolation. Your exact specifications are used to create a WCM410 custom design. This series puts out 30 watts to 600 watts of power.

      Chassis Mount Switch Mode Transformer

4 kW of 50 kHz switching power? No problem. This chassis mount transformer really delivers: 500 volts in, 2600 volts out, 7000 volts of isolation, and 98% efficiency. WCM has designed SMPS transformers at much higher power levels, so contact us with your custom requirements.

      PC Mount Switch Mode Transformer

Yes it is possible to get high power density and isolation in a package in less than 2 cm2 of board space. This push pull step up transformer puts out 25 watts of power at 250 kHz. Let us know your input and out voltage requirements and we will make it work for you. Designed for an office equipment application, it passes UL, CSA and VDE requirements.

      20 W Switch Mode Transformer

This small full bridge transformer puts out 25 watts of power in a package only 10 mm in height. The frequency of operation is 67 kHz, and leakage inductance is about 1% of the magnetizing inductance. It is copper shielded for very low EMI, and it packaged as a surface mount device.
